Born into the community based township of Kandos and coming from a well-known local family, Nita knows the importance of building relationships and having integrity. After relocating to Yass NSW in 2002 with her family, Nita started her career by working with a local law firm in 2007 and noticing a gap in the conveyancing market, for a more personable, professional and efficient service, Nita opened her business in 2014. Business took off steadily once the locals realised they could count on Nita to give them the advice they need.

Now that the business has grown, Nita keeps the core values of trust, integrity and family values at the heart of her business. Face to face meetings, video conferencing and electronic documentation, has meant this level of service is consistent every step of the way. Nita still treats every client as one of the locals and always looks out for one of her own. We’ve got your back!
